Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the KoseFlow Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use.

2. Description of Service

KoseFlow is a Chrome browser extension that automates bulk AI image and video generation on Google Flow (labs.google). The extension operates within your browser and interacts with Google Flow on your behalf using your existing Google account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use KoseFlow. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Account & Authentication

KoseFlow uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Free & Pro Plans

Free plan: 30 prompts per day, all core features included.
Pro plan: Unlimited daily prompts at $12/month, billed via LemonSqueezy.

Plan limits are enforced per Google account. We reserve the right to adjust plan limits with reasonable prior notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension.
Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates Google's terms of service.
Attempt to circumvent daily usage limits or license verification.
Resell or sublicense access to the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

KoseFlow integrates with Google Flow, Google Firebase, and LemonSqueezy. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or policy updates made by these third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Generated content quality depends on Google Flow's underlying AI models, which are outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoseFlow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or lost profits.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with KoseFlow Pro. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
Refunds are available for first-time purchases only — renewal charges are non-refundable.
You must not have exceeded 100 Pro-tier generations since the purchase date.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to ai.kose.lab@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

The email address used for purchase.
Your LemonSqueezy order number.
A brief reason for the refund request.

We will process approved refunds within 5 business days via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Requests submitted after the 7-day window.
Subscription renewal charges.
Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.
Dissatisfaction due to limitations of Google Flow's AI models (outside our control).

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your LemonSqueezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
